Delicious start to our Food Preparation & Cookery course

We had a delicious lunch with the Go LD & First Bite Food Prep and Cookery Workshop on Tuesday.

17 people attended the workshop and another 10 – 15 joined us to try out the food cooked that morning.   We chopped a lot of carrots, turnips, parsnips, onions and celery for the Chicken Stew and lots of salad and spinach for the Cheesey Spinach Pasta.
